Teddy Bear Day Care Center, Inc. offers high quality and affordable day care services for ages 6 weeks through 6 years, Monday through Friday 6:45AM to 5:45PM, in Wilton, NY. Attendance Requirements and Weekly Rates for 2025
All schedules must be pre-arranged and approved through the Directors.
The minimum attendance requirement to enroll your child in Teddy Bear Day Care Center is 4 full days per week. A full day is when a child starts no later than 9AM and leaves any time after 3:30PM (6.5 hours per day). We do not permit any half day schedules or floating day schedules. Schedules are for specific contract days and drop-off/pick-up times.

- Sibling Discount is given to siblings over three, when both siblings attend the same hours.
- Contracted weekly fees remain the same regardless of your child’s attendance.

Tuition is due on the morning of the first day of the week the child usually attends, typically Monday.

There is a $5 charge for every day tuition is late. If payment is over two weeks late, care will be terminated and collection action will be taken.

$10 charge will be added to every 1-15 minutes that a child is dropped off early or picked up late. You will be billed once late fees have been processed.

Pickup after 5:45PM will be $5 for the 1st minute and $1 for every minute late thereafter, per child.
Closed Vacation Weeks:
TBDCC will be closed for 2 weeks per year for staff vacations and to allow for building maintenance and renovations. These 2 weeks are tuition-free. For 2025, the 2 vacation weeks will be on: July 7 to July 11 and August 25 to August 29. Tuition will be due for all other weeks even if your child does not attend.

Exact dates for closed holidays and staff training days will be provided through the Attendance Requirements and Weekly Rates document which is distributed at the start of the year for current families and at enrollment for new families.
The Center is also able to take up to three paid days, per year, for emergency closings. Examples include: power outages, snow days, health issued breakouts, etc. Late openings or early closings are permissible when warranted and tuition fees remain due. Please check online or watch channels 6, 10, 13 for the emergency closing notices stating Teddy Bear Day Care (Gansevoort or Wilton).
